Same-Name AO Doublet — Systematic Sweep Across 16 Cluster Buildings

Author: Minnesota Medicaid Transparency Project | Last updated: April 30, 2026

Generalisation of the Mohamed-doublet methodology across all 16 documented Medicaid billing-cluster buildings. Identifies every NPI pair sharing a first + last AO-name token in each building, attaches the verdict reached (resolved-same, resolved-different, partial) for each pair — most resolved structurally via shared NPPES phone (Said Suite-201 methodology) and only the cross-name different-middle pairs requiring SearchBug probes. Mohamed becomes one example in a documented set rather than a one-off.
