A 2014 federal RICO complaint by six Liberty Mutual / Safeco affiliates in U.S. District Court (D. Minn.) names the registered NPI holder of SHEPARD Interpreting and Transportation as a 'Defendant Principal' in an alleged $800K+ no-fault insurance fraud enterprise.
