BACB revokes credentials for ethics violations but has no obligation to notify Minnesota DHS or MCOs. Our statewide sweep found 128 MN providers (of 755 checked) whose BACB certification could not be verified. There is no continuous monitoring feed between BACB and Medicaid payers.
