Nine Minnesota Secretary of State filings under the REMJOY brand stem (three currently active, six inactive) all trace to the same Rochester operator. Four of the filings — one currently active and three administratively terminated — share the same Registered Agent (S.O.) at the same Rochester office address. The brand has been re-filed across 2010 → 2024 across home healthcare, special transportation, medical supplies, outpatient diagnostic services, and adult foster care. Three federally-active NPPES NPIs in Rochester remain billable.
