Second-wave FOF indictment against Gandi Yusuf Mohamed, Aisha Hassan Hussein, Fadumo Mohamed Yusuf, Shakur Abdinur Abdisalam, Suleman Yusuf Mohamed, Sahra Sharif Osman, and Ikram Yusuf Mohamed. Charges wire fraud and money laundering in a continuation of the FOF meal-count scheme.

Significance: Wave 2 prosecution demonstrates that FOF fraud continued through late 2022 despite the June 2022 FBI raid. Defendants operated sites separate from the original Empire Cuisine/Bock network. Used in the uncharged-sites analysis to map the boundaries of what has and has not been charged.
